School bus driver, Michael Mowete, received a life sentence for defiling a 3-year-old girl. Justice Rahman Oshodi of Ikeja Sexual Offences and Domestic Violence Court found the prosecution had proven the charge of defilement beyond reasonable doubt. The survivor, despite her age, narrated the abuse in court, while the judge dismissed the defendant's claim of an amorous relationship with the victim's mother.
