Russian authorities have issued an arrest warrant for Yulia Navalnaya, widow of opposition leader Alexei Navalny, accusing her of involvement in an "extremist" group. Navalnaya, who lives outside Russia, has vowed to continue her husband's work and has been vocal since his death in February. The arrest warrant comes after a Moscow court outlawed three organizations linked to Navalny in June 2021, labeling them "extremists."
