Riko's Pizza plans to expand in Connecticut with two new full restaurant and bar locations in Westport and Norwalk. The Norwalk location, currently a takeout-only site, will relocate to 85 New Canaan Ave., offering table service and a full bar. Riko's, which first launched in 2011, is part of the growing Fairfield County dining scene and seeks to increase its Connecticut footprint to six locations and its national reach to 11, by Q1 2025.
