The Pittsburgh Penguins have hired Wes Clark as their Vice President of Player Personnel, reuniting him with GM Kyle Dubas. Clark, who has experience in drafting NHL players, will oversee the Penguins' amateur, professional, and college/European free agent scouting departments, and report directly to Dubas. Clark previously worked with Dubas at the OHL's Soo Greyhounds from 2011-2015 and the Toronto Maple Leafs.
