Philadelphia plans to unveil a $100M transformation of parts of Broad Street, aiming to create a lush, green arts park. The Avenue of the Arts 2.0 project, incorporating traffic-calming structures, street furniture, and extensive greenery, aims to bring the arts to the streetscape with pop-up performances and enhance the area's current 73 restaurants, 10 performing arts venues, and 10 hotels.
