Irish High Court rules teenage boy ineligible to inherit late mother's apartment rented from Clúid Housing Association.
The Irish High Court ruled that a teenage boy is not entitled to take over the tenancy of his late mother's apartment rented from housing charity Clúid Housing Association. The association terminated the tenancy after the mother's death as it cannot rent to a child. The boy's maternal aunt, appointed his legal guardian, lives close to the apartment.
