Entropy Inc. approves second carbon capture project in Alberta, capturing 160,000 tonnes of CO2 annually.
Entropy Inc. has approved its second carbon capture project in northwest Alberta, capturing emissions from its parent company Advantage Energy's Glacier Gas Plant. The facility, set to be operational by Q2 2026, will capture 160,000 tonnes of CO2 annually, in addition to the company's first commercial-scale carbon capture project which currently captures 32,000 tonnes of CO2 yearly.
