Dublin's Exponent invests £300m in Kingsbridge Healthcare Group, Northern Ireland's largest private healthcare provider.
Dublin private equity firm Exponent has invested £300 million in Northern Ireland's largest private healthcare provider, Kingsbridge Healthcare Group. The deal will support Kingsbridge's expansion in both Northern Ireland and the Republic and is its first investment in the region. Kingsbridge, founded in 2005 by doctors Suresh Tharma and Ashok Songra, now operates four hospitals and 11 clinics in Belfast, Derry, and Sligo.
