Drunk driver, 4.5x legal limit, arrested on M40 for swaying and bouncing off barriers after minor crash.

A drunk driver, four-and-a-half times over the legal limit, was arrested on the M40 after being spotted swaying and bouncing off central barriers by members of the public and a HGV driver. Warwickshire Police's OPU Unit attended the scene moments after a minor crash. The driver was reported for driving at very low speed, swaying in the road, and bouncing off the central barriers.
