Downtown Royal Oak's Bandit Tavern & Hideaway, a restaurant and cocktail bar operated by Mission Restaurant Group, has closed after just eight months. The establishment had replaced Jolly Pumpkin and featured themed pop-ups, including Christmas Vacation and Valentine's Day. Mission Restaurant Group President, David Ritchie, cited current market conditions as the reason for the closure.
