Danish pharmaceutical company Novo Nordisk has signed a deal with Indonesia's state-owned pharmaceutical firm Bio Farma to produce insulin in Indonesia. The partnership aims to increase access to affordable diabetes treatment, boost awareness of managing chronic diabetes, and strengthen the Indonesian healthcare system. The investment value and production start dates are still being finalised.
