15-year-old Mia Dieguez died from fentanyl intoxication; juvenile charged with involuntary manslaughter, reckless conduct.

15-year-old Dunwoody High School student, Mia Dieguez, died from acute fentanyl intoxication, according to the DeKalb County Medical Examiner's Office. Dieguez was found unresponsive in her class and given Narcan, an opioid overdose reversal medicine, twice before being taken to the hospital. A juvenile was arrested and charged with involuntary manslaughter and reckless conduct in connection to the incident.
