62-year-old Manitowoc man, Calvin Eis, is charged with attempted homicide for allegedly stabbing a 51-year-old woman multiple times on the Fourth of July. Eis is held at Manitowoc County Jail on a $500,000 bond, also facing charges of aggravated battery, strangulation/suffocation, and possession of a scheduled II narcotic. Both individuals, found with stab wounds in Two Rivers, were reported to authorities on July 4.
