19-year-old Jehron Keys from Lawrenceville was arrested in Athens on charges including kidnapping, child molestation, statutory rape, reckless driving, three counts of hit-and-run, and unsafe tires. Police found his vehicle on Westchester Drive after a series of hit-and-run crashes, and rescued the child involved, who was taken to the hospital.
