87-year-old Jack Ballard, missing from McMinn County, Tennessee, has been found safe after a Silver Alert was issued by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation. Ballard, last seen in Etowah near County Road 804, has a medical condition that may impair his ability to return home safely. He was believed to be driving a gray Jeep Renegade with TN TAG 4IL374.
