30-year-old construction worker in critical condition after being rescued from low-oxygen sewer pipe in Kansas City. Discovered unconscious in a 15-foot manhole near Old Santa Fe Road, the worker was installing new sewer systems. Rescuers found oxygen levels at 11%, below the minimum safe level of 19.5%. The Kansas City Fire Department and OSHA are currently investigating the accident.
