2 suspects attempted to steal a boat at Adams Lake boat launch in Kamloops, dragging the owner and causing serious injuries. The owner was able to stop the theft, and police are investigating with help from witnesses, specifically an older blue grey Ford truck with a flat deck and wood paneling. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact Barriere RCMP.
