Sacramento police are investigating a gunshot death of an unidentified woman in the Northgate area.
Sacramento police are investigating the death of a woman found with a gunshot wound in the Northgate area. The woman, whose identity has not yet been released, was pronounced dead at the scene after officers responded to a medical aid call at 3100 block of Northstead Drive around 10am. Homicide detectives have taken over the investigation, and no suspects have been identified.
