Catalina Club in Batemans Bay, NSW, won the 2024 Perfect Plate Award for Southern Tablelands and Far South Coast region. This was the first time Catalina Club participated in the ClubsNSW-hosted competition. Their winning dish, a black angus beef fillet with cauliflower, peas, pressed potato, and carrots, was created by chef Atick Elahi, with over 600 sold so far.
