News agency ANI Media Private Limited has filed a defamation suit against Wikipedia before the Delhi High Court, seeking Rs 2 crore in damages for alleged defamatory content on their Wikipedia page. ANI claims the page contains a defamatory description and that Wikipedia has not allowed them to edit it. The Delhi High Court has issued summons to Wikipedia, with the next hearing set for August 20.
