A murder-suicide at NHC Healthcare Sequatchie in Dunlap, Tennessee occurred on Monday, resulting in two fatalities. The husband of a nursing home resident entered her room, fatally shot her, and then turned the gun on himself. The identities of the couple will be released later, and the incident remains under investigation by the Dunlap police and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI).
