10 Japan, U.S. firms collaborate under US-JOINT consortium to develop AI and autonomous driving semiconductors in Silicon Valley. Leading Japanese chip material maker Resonac Holdings Corp. forms consortium with nine other companies, including Azimuth, KLA, and Kulicke & Soffa, to develop back-end technologies for semiconductor packaging. Facility in Union City, CA expected to be fully operational in 2025.
