Former Sydney nurse Ali Khamis Moh'd, accused of sexually molesting three female patients and a student nurse, claims he was performing medical procedures, not sexual acts. He is on trial at Parramatta District Court, denying five counts of intentional sexual touching without consent and three counts of sexual intercourse without consent. The alleged offences took place between December 2018 and March 2022, with all the women under his authority at the time.
