2 ex-Las Animas County deputies, Henry Trujillo & Mikhail Noel, charged with assault, official misconduct, official oppression, menacing & failure to intervene in Nov. 2022 arrest where they allegedly tased Kenneth Espinoza 34 times. Both officers were dismissed & Espinoza awarded $1.5m in lawsuit. Charges recommended by Pueblo County Sheriff's Office's third-party investigation.
