The Delhi High Court dismissed a plea filed by a group of NGOs seeking action against Dalai Lama under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence (POCSO) Act for kissing a child on the lips. The court determined that the spiritual leader was "being playful" and had already apologized for the incident. The incident took place in public view and the child had expressed his desire to hug the Dalai Lama.
