1 dead, 3 injured in fatal head-on crash on Hwy 211 in Oregon. A southbound Nissan Pathfinder operated by William Ballew (46) left its lane of travel and hit a northbound Ford F350 driven by Tony Luttrell (40) head-on. Ballew was declared dead at the hospital, while Luttrell and two passengers in the Ford were hospitalized in critical and minor conditions, respectively. The highway was impacted for about 5 hours during the on-scene investigation.
