Dallas Stars to offer free regional game broadcasts via VICTORY+ streaming service, starting next season.

Dallas Stars will stream regional game broadcasts for free starting next season, in a seven-year agreement with A Parent Media Co. Inc. to launch a new VICTORY+ streaming service. The move follows the end of their existing rights agreement for games on Bally Sports Southwest. Fans in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas will be able to access all regional games at no cost, with the service supported by ads.
