Cognizant Technology Solutions announced that it has resolved a lawsuit filed by Wipro against its former CFO, Jatin Dalal, who left Wipro in November 2023. Wipro had accused Dalal of breaching a non-compete agreement and sought ₹25.15 crore in damages. Cognizant paid $505,087 to settle the lawsuit, with the terms of the settlement remaining confidential. The settlement resolves all pending disputes between Dalal and Wipro.
