Actress Lee Sung Kyung has been reported to make her musical theater debut as Princess Jasmine in the Aladdin musical. Her agency, YG Entertainment, has responded to the reports, stating "Nothing has been confirmed yet regarding her casting." The musical, based on the Disney animation, will be performed in Seoul from November 22, 2021, to June 22, 2025, and in Busan from July 2025.
