27-year-old Yahaya Ibrahim, a worker at KAM Steel Integrated Company in Ogun State, was killed by an engine roller after slipping on the machine during early morning work hours. Despite attempts by other staff members to rescue him, the roller crushed him to death. Police confirmed the incident and the victim's body was deposited at the Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching Hospital morgue in Sagamu.
