41-year-old Pratap Kumar KG, son-in-law of former BJP minister BC Patil, was found dead under suspicious circumstances in Karnataka. Married to Patil's daughter, Sowmya, Pratap was a contractor based in Hirekerur, Haveri district. Locals discovered him unconscious in his car near Arakera in Honnali taluk, Davangere district, and he was taken to a hospital, eventually passing away on the way. Police suspect suicide.
