27-year-old man in Laurel, Delaware suffers serious burns in barrel fire explosion on 7/7, discovered with burns on head and back along with a burning metal drum. The Delaware State Fire Marshal's Office found multiple aerosol spray cans discarded into the barrel caused the explosion and flash fire. Victim flown to Crozer-Chester Medical Center in PA for treatment; no property damage reported.
