Two drownings occurred in Glacier National Park on Saturday, July 6th. A 26-year-old male from India went into Avalanche Creek while hiking, and a 28-year-old man drowned in a separate area of the park. The Indian man has been presumed dead after being swept into a gorge, and search efforts are hampered by poor visibility and hazardous conditions.
