US consulting firm Mercer names Siddhartha Gupta as India President, previously CEO of Mercer Mettl. He will report to Marsh McLennan's India CEO, Sanjay Kedia, and join the leadership teams for Marsh McLennan in India and Mercer in the IMEA region. Gupta is expected to strengthen Mercer's position and support organizations in maximizing workforce potential, building on his success at Mercer Mettl.
