Telangana CM Revanth Reddy announces plans to establish a Skill University, asking officials and industry leaders to submit proposals before the State Assembly's budget session. The university will be set up on a "war footing" within the premises of the Engineering Staff College at Gachibowli. The government will make a decision within 24 hours of receiving the proposals.
