Aam Aadmi Party leader and former Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia's bail plea in the liquor policy scam case will be reassessed by India's Supreme Court. His initial bail plea was dismissed, but a potential revival was allowed after July 3, 2024, pending submission of charge-sheets and final prosecution complaints by ED and CBI. Sisodia's counsel, Abhishek Singhvi, filed an application for reviving the dismissed petition. The Solicitor General confirmed a streamlined list of prosecution witnesses to expedite the trial process.
