The Philippines aims to exit the Financial Action Task Force's (FATF) "gray list" by January 2025, according to Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Governor Eli M. Remolona Jr. The country still needs to address three out of 18 action items to be removed from the list, which involves fighting money laundering, terrorist financing, and proliferation financing of weapons of mass destruction.
