Parramatta Eels appoint Jason Ryles as coach on a four-year deal, replacing interim head coach Trent Barrett. Ryles, an assistant coach with Melbourne Storm, will leave his current position at the end of the year to take charge of the Eels from 2025 to 2028. He beat competition from other prominent coaches including Brian Smith, Josh Hannay, Dean Young, and Trent Barrett for the high-profile NRL role.
