Mickey Harte leaves Derry Senior Football Manager role after winning McKenna Cup and Allianz League but losing All-Ireland quarter-finals.

Mickey Harte, former Tyrone manager, has left his position as Derry Senior Football Manager after one season. During his tenure, Harte guided the team to win the Bank of Ireland Dr. McKenna Cup and Allianz National Football League, delivering Derry's first national title since 2008. The championship campaign, however, saw Derry lose to Donegal, Galway, Armagh, and Kerry in the All-Ireland quarter-final.
