M&G Investments appoints Andrew Chorlton as CIO of the £139bn fixed-income division, succeeding Jim Leaviss who is leaving to pursue an academic career. Chorlton brings over 25 years of experience in fixed income markets and will join the company later this year. As part of the succession plan, Eva Sun-Wai and Rob Burrows will become co-lead managers of M&G's Global Macro Bond strategy from 1 August 2024.
