M40 southbound crash near Lewknor closed two lanes, causing 2.5 miles of traffic congestion and 45-minute delays. The collision, reported before 8pm, was between Junction Six and Seven, affecting travel after the British Grand Prix at Silverstone. Traffic was temporarily stopped at around 9:30pm, and all lanes were reopened by 10pm, but lanes 2 and 3 remained closed.
