The first driver, speeding on State Highway One, was tasered and charged with dangerous driving, assaulting police, and resisting arrest. The second incident, a stolen vehicle on State Highway 16, saw both driver and female passenger arrested for unlawfully entering a motor vehicle and dangerous driving.
