Ghana and Namibia establish a Bi-National Commission (BNC) led by Heads of State, enhancing cooperation in various sectors.

Ghana & Namibia agreed to create a Bi-National Commission (BNC) led by Heads of State, elevating the 30-year-old Permanent Joint Commission for Co-operation (PJCC). The countries will cooperate in multiple sectors, including energy, mining, agriculture, health, trade, transport, education, peacekeeping, foreign service training, local government administration, sports, and arts. Memorandums of Understanding were signed between their peacekeeping training centers. They expressed concerns over global conflicts and called for peaceful resolutions.
