Finance Minister Mthuli Ncube urged Zimbabwe's local banks to partner with the government for resource mobilization as Treasury funds are strained due to inconsistent foreign investments, corruption, and a large untaxed informal sector. Speaking at CABS' 75th-anniversary event, Ncube emphasized the government's commitment to creating a conducive business environment. Old Mutual Zimbabwe's group CEO and CABS' managing director both agreed to the collaboration.
