Delhi High Court refuses to refer to medical board man's case for allowing passive euthanasia. The 30-year-old man suffered head injuries in 2013, is in a vegetative state, but is not being kept alive mechanically and can sustain himself without extra external aid. The court stated that as the petitioner is not terminally ill, they cannot intervene and allow consideration of a prayer for passive euthanasia, which is legally untenable.
