Border town firefighters rush to save heat-stricken migrants: In extreme summer heat, firefighters at Sunland Park's Fire Department Station 1 readied for dinner and office work when a female subject, possibly undocumented, radioed for help. The firefighters used a cooling device to lower the woman's body temperature and, after arriving at the scene, found her unresponsive and showing signs of dehydration. She was from Ecuador.
