Altilium and Connected Energy have partnered to extend the lifecycle of electric vehicle (EV) batteries. The companies aim to develop sustainable and environmentally responsible business models for repurposing and recycling EV batteries, using Connected Energy's second-life battery energy storage systems and Altilium's EcoCathode recycling process. This partnership supports the UK's net-zero emissions goal by 2050, following waste hierarchy principles and reducing carbon emissions.
