65-year-old pedestrian killed in early morning accident on SC Highway 277 at the intersection of Farrow Rd in Columbia. Police are investigating the fatal incident, with assistance from the Richland County Coroner's Office. The victim was struck by a vehicle around 2 a.m. The Columbia Police Department's traffic safety unit is continuing the investigation.
