18-year-old Macklin Celebrini, the top pick in the 2024 NHL Draft, has signed a three-year entry-level contract with the San Jose Sharks. Celebrini, who won the Hobey Baker Award as college hockey's top player in 2023-24, had been considering returning to college but has elected to make the transition to professional hockey. The Sharks are excited to welcome Celebrini to their organization for the 2024-25 season.
