19-year-old French forward Zaccharie Risacher, the top overall pick in the NBA Draft, has signed a rookie contract with the Atlanta Hawks. The 6-foot-9 forward, born in Spain and raised in France, most recently played for JL Bourg-en-Bresse of LNB Elite, averaging 10.1 points, 3.8 rebounds and 0.9 assists in 32 games last season. The Hawks are expected to debut Risacher in the Las Vegas Summer League.
